The time it takes to receive your order will also vary based on where we're sending.All aussieBum deliveries are dispatched from Australia.Just so you know, all the shipping time guidelines we provide on the website are based on estimates provided by our logistics partners.We'll do our very best to get your order out of aussieBum HQ within 1-2 business days, but when it's busy, packages can take a little longer to arrive, especially around busy shopping periods (particularly Christmas and major sales periods). Shipping to selected European countries, UK & New Zealand (Includes Tracking & Pre-Paid VAT)We offer Free Shipping (*dependant on minimum spend) to the majority of countries around the world.Unfortunately, free shipping isn't available for some destination countries. That's not because we wouldn't really love to send your order for free, it's just that our free shipping provider doesn't offer a service there.We're also unable to offer free shipping for orders of more than $500 AUD and/or more than 21 items as aussieBum free shipping provider doesn't handle orders above these quantities.

USA (includes tracking)USA Shipping is provided by SEKO and usually arrives within seven days. This means you can track every step of the delivery status.Customs & Duties for Orders to the USA: Heads up to our friends in the USA. If you purchase some fine aussieBum swimwear or undies for yourself, US Customs may require you to fill out an importer form when your order exceeds $800. For all other aussieBum Tribe around the world, International Economy orders are handled by DHL eCommerce and the Local Postal Provider of your country.
The shipping time guidelines below are based on estimates starting from the date your order gets collected from us by our shipping partners.
Our Priority Express shipping option is provided by DHL Express for the majority of countries around the world.
If you're in Australia, Express parcels are handled by Australia Post and Seko, and for the USA, Priority Express shipping is handled by Seko.
Rest of the World (includes tracking)International Fast Track Delivery services get provided by DHL Express – excluding the USA & Australia. This delivery option is faster, and it includes tracking. Orders usually arrive within seven days of shipment. If you want to check the progress of your aussieBum products, you can follow every step of their delivery status through the DHL Express website by clicking herePlease be aware that DHL Express deliveries may be assessed for duties and taxes that are not covered by aussieBum. Failure to cover these charges will result in your shipment being returned to us or destroyed by authorities in the destination country. When you go ahead with DHL Express, you waive your rights to a refund should you not accept the duties and taxes charged by the authority in the destination country. DHL Express deliveries are not part of our VAT refund scheme.
